Ena VOÛTE

Ena Voûte has recently returned to the faculty Industrial Design Engineering at the Technical University of Delft where she obtained her MSc as dean.

After her thesis on packaging at the Unilever research Laboratory Colworth House she joined Unilever as marketer ice cream at Langnese in Hamburg being part of the team that introduced the Magnum. After that she became responsible for the margarines
in the Netherlands (a.o. Becel, Blue band) and expanded her international experience in Austria and global roles.

A short period at the internet start-up Independer.nl and as innovation consultant at Altuïtion broadened her view on innovation and design.

The last decade she has been working for Philips, first as global business line manager for personal care (epilation, Lumea, Ladyshave, Haircare, Wake-up light, RéAura skin rejuvenation) and second in the Lighting division as CEO of the ‘lamps’unit Special Lighting’ and as CMO ‘consumer luminaires.’

Innovation always plays a role for Ena’s career. Improving people’s lives & designing (y)our own future are key drivers.
