Dr. Aditya Dev Sood is Founder and CEO of the Center for Knowledge Societies (CKS), India's first and leading innovation consulting firm. He is a former Fulbright scholar with a background in Architecture and Anthropology and two doctorates from the University of Chicago.

He also is the Founder and Chairman of the Bihar Innovation Lab, supported by the Gates Foundation. He has recently been named Chairman of the Read Alliance, funded by USAID, dedicated to technical innovation for early childhood reading. He is also the Chairman of the Adianta School for Leadership and Innovation (www.adianta.org), which offers a radical new curriculum, delivered through a unique interactive pedagogy. Dr. Sood is also now setting up a new kind of startup space where social impact ventures can be conceived and incorporated.

In his limited free time, Aditya enjoys swimming, hiking and brewing beer.
