Things on Paper: on Theoretical Design

This talk looks at the conceptual foundations of design. Design research has many types of practices, and many of those take place on paper rather than in the studio. This talk first probes some forms of these practices, and then studies some of the key implications of this fact. Towards the end, it explores a few possibilities things on paper could offer to a school like the PolyU.
